About

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington with over a decade of experience working in the field. I have completed a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with minors in Music and Theatre Arts, and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology.

With a background in offering Transition Seminars for adolescent TCKs, I also spent time caring for developmentally disabled adults and their families before beginning to work as a therapist with children, adolescents, and adults in both outpatient agency and inpatient hospital settings. I have also facilitated counseling education for graduate students at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

As an adult TCK and the former Director of Child and Family Support Services at Interaction International, I specialize in working with youth and adult aged TCKs, expatriates, repatriated expatriates, and the otherwise internationally mobile. To this end, I have developed the International Therapist Directory and have served on the Advisory Board for TCKid.com.

In Seattle, I am currently serving on the Education Committee for the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study and on the Board of Directors for COR, the Center for Object Relations.

My private practice is set up to meet with individual children, adolescents, and adults.
